We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations - otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you for the full appointment.
We realize this may sound strict; however, short-notice changes and cancellations usually mean that we are not able to fill the time slot and we therefore lose income. Furthermore, students who would have liked to schedule during that time generally miss out since they don't know the slot is available.
If a group course session is scheduled with less than two people (due to illness, conflicting schedules, etc.), then the attendee will be expected to pay the individual prep rate for the session. Likewise, if only two people attend they will be expected to pay the two person rate.
Rude or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We treat the students as adults and we expect them to behave as such. If they are being disruptive, they will simply be asked to leave the session.
